• Did you know what the appointment was for and how long it would take?
• Were you seen promptly by the Audiologist at the specified appointment time?
• Was the Audiologist was understanding and listened to your child’s needs?
• Did the Audiologist treat your child respectfully, make them feel at ease and comfortable?
• Was the Audiologist’s explanation was clear and understandable?
• Was the waiting area was clean and tidy?
• Was the appointment room was clean and tidy?
