Paediatric Audiology Feedback
If you would like to provide some feedback on your recent appointment with the Audiology service please email – sath.audiology@nhs.net. Please consider including the following:
- Appointment Location
- Did you know what the appointment was for and how long it would take?
- Were you seen promptly by the Audiologist at the specified appointment time?
- Was the Audiologist was understanding and listened to your child’s needs?
- Did the Audiologist treat your child respectfully, make them feel at ease and comfortable?
- Was the Audiologist’s explanation was clear and understandable?
- Was the waiting area was clean and tidy?
- Was the appointment room was clean and tidy?
- Any other comments
