Our Gardens
As a Trust we have a strong reputation for our sustainability initiatives, which have gained national recognition over the last few years. In addition to the responsibility we take for the safety and health of our patients, visitors and staff, we are committed to the protection of the environment and improving the quality of life of the population we serve.
To ensure we stay connected with the world around us we have developed gardens around our hospital sites. We’ve formed key partnerships with Shropshire Wildlife Trust, NHS Forest and Praise Bee Charity to attract and conserve wildlife, reintroduce native species and plant trees. Our gardens are available to all hospital staff, patients and visitors as places of reflection and tranquility.
