Antenatal classes, Breastfeeding workshops and Waterbirth sessions

Due to the current situation with covid-19 and the safety of our women and the staff we are unable to offer face to face parent education classes. However, here at SaTH we currently offer two alternative virtual options :-

1. The Solihull Parent Education
2. The Real Birth Company

All three options will give you a good understanding of labour and birth, when to come into hospital, coping in labour, including birth partner’s role, hospital bag, and informed decision making, practical baby care and it can all be done from the comfort of your own home. To book onto any of these course please contact your community midwife who can book you onto the courses and will be email the code and instructions for this course.

Free Online Classes 

The classes below have been created by NHS Professionals as part of the Solihull approach. Anyone can access the classes; from mums-to-be all the way to anyone supporting pregnant women and their families, including grandparents etc. So we’re encouraging as many people as possible to make use of them! Use he details on the poster below to register. Once registered for the course it can be done at your own time and gives you unlimited access so can go back anytime.
