Two charities which benefit SaTH are looking for your help to win a share of £20,000.
The Harry Johnson Trust and Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes are both taking part in the Shropshire Star’s Cash For Your Community initiative.
Shropshire Star readers will decide how the money is shared out by collecting tokens that are printed in the newspaper from today.
Each organisation will get a share of the money depending on how many tokens they have been able to collect.
The Harry Johnson Trust was established in November 2014 following the death of seven year old Harry in July of that year.
Harry died following a nine month fight with Double Hit Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
The trust offers help and support to children and teenagers who receive care from the Oncology Team at The Princess Royal Hospital in Shropshire.
Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire Blood Bikes is an urgent volunteer service providing transportation of blood products—and now breast milk—for free, to NHS hospitals across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
To donate your tokens to the Harry Johnson Trust, you can post them to: Lower Farm, Vennington, Shrewsbury, SY5 9RG.
